Depending on your ability we will use sport specific conditioning principles from our sports coaching backgrounds to help you vary your Cardiovascular training and combine this with pure toning and strength training or functional movement training to condition your body. Our combined knowledge ensures all the hard work that you put in can be applied correctly and will pay off.
Every client will receive a comprehensive assessment of their body composition, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, current training routines and full postural assessment including the all important core function tests. Once the data is in, we will construct an individualised programme that is specific to your personal needs. You will constantly progress through your customised periodization schedule, ensuring your interest and motivation remain high and that your schedule fits in with your time frame.
