This is a 8 week coaching programme which gently introduces you to the changes you will make to improve your lifestyle, health and wellbeing. We will systematically coach you through the process step by step over 8 sessions.
You will learn about the CHEK System’s Foundations of Health [Thinking, breathing, hydration, nutrition, sleep and movement] and how it affects you achieving your goals. In addition you will have a weekly theme to focus on and action steps to implement to ensure you get there.

Our optimal wellbeing package builds on the Optimum Foundations which you have already laid.
With the optimal wellbeing programme we will look for the underlying imbalances and causative factors that lead to chronic dysfunctions. The use of questionnaires (both in paper format and online), helps us identify the priority areas we need to focus on. These findings will help tailor your lifestyle choices, healthy eating habits and corrective exercise strategies.
Each individual is different in terms of the levels of support, coaching and education that they will need and for this reason, the duration of this programme will be discussed with you.
